A full visual identity developed to position Sandals as a globally trusted discipleship ministry, grounded in the Gospel and committed to spiritual growth in the church.
A full brand identity developed for a Christian discipleship ministry seeking to present itself as a trustworthy resource to a global audience.
The identity initially included a logo suite comprised of four distinct marks, a primary and secondary color palette, and typography selections. All design components were created to support the ministry’s mission and values.
The project was later expanded with custom iconography, presentation templates, and an expanded color system for interface needs. This project remains ongoing, as the team continues to present new challenges which need to be addressed through thoughtful design solutions.

Logo Suite
The logo suite is made up of four distinct variations of the mark which can be used in a variety of applications. Each mark was created to solve different issues that could arise with either space or visibility.




Primary Brand Mark
The wordmark is designed to present Sandals to a global audience as a sophisticated and trustworthy ministry centered in the Gospel and faithful to its mission. Developed using the IvyOra Display typeface, the letter forms have been subtly modified to create a fluid, forward-moving progression as the mark is read. This element symbolically reflects Sandals’ focus on biblical discipleship to bring people to authentic faith and to mature them spiritually.
Secondary Brand Marks
Together, these three supporting marks create a flexible, unified brand system. The abstract mark anchors the system with deep symbolism and visual distinctiveness. The combination mark brings a stronger identity to the abstract mark. The favicon ties it all together by distilling essential elements into a compact, recognizable symbol. As a suite, these variations allow the brand to remain cohesive and expressive across a wide range of applications.
Iconography
Sandals is built on its mission to serve the church through discipleship. These icons were our first priority after establishing a brand identity to support the foundation of their brand.
